About the trekking

Discover the breathtaking beauty of the Eastern Andes of Bolivia with a challenging four-day trekking circuit designed for adventurous explorers. Beginning at an altitude of 4,200 meters (13,700 ft) and climbing nearly to 5,000 meters (16,400 ft), this journey leads you through ancient trails shaped by history, offering immersive experiences such as visiting an active tin mine with local miners. As you trek through rugged peaks, enjoy stunning panoramic views, and witness the transformation from highland landscapes to warm, vibrant valleys. Encounter pristine lakes, cascading waterfalls, and lush tropical terrain before relaxing in natural hot springs at the journey’s end. This trek is not just an outdoor adventure; it’s a profound exploration of Bolivian culture, nature, and history.

The initial trekking portion to the tin mine is performed in accordance with safety and operational considerations set forward by the operating mine company.
